Abstract: 

In this paper, a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM)-method and mixed integer linear programming (MILP) approach in order to evaluation of the returned products' collectors along with their ordered quantities, is utilized. Firstly, the most important criteria of Collection Center in the car industry are identified. Then, in order to evaluate these proposed criteria, a hybrid Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL)-evaluation of mixed qualitative and quantitative data (EVAMIX) approach is applied. By this method, the most important criteria and their weights along with Collection Centers' score are determined. In addition, an MILP mathematical model is proposed for Selection of the best Collection Center and computation of ordering quantities. An efficient approach for Collection Center Selection and a novel application of combined FDEMATEL, EVAMIX, and MILP model can be considered as the main contributions of this paper. It should be noted that, to measure the performance of this method a recycling company as a case study in Iran has considered which of this firm collects effete tire and ball bearings of cars. Implementation of this case study can be considered as the other contributions of this paper. At last, with help of obtained results the proper Collection Center and their ordered quantities are computed. In addition, for measure efficiency of the proposed model, some numerical example, in various dimensions is considered. Moreover, the managers of this industry with the help of a simple methodology can choose the appropriate suppliers.

Abstract: 

In the present study, the main purpose is the qualitative study on garbage Collection in Tehran city. It has been done by qualitative research method. Semi-structured interview and purposeful sampling techniques were used in data Collection. To do this, 15 people were interviewed and the sample size in the present study was determined based on theoretical saturation. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. Theme analysis was performed at 4 levels of primary, main, central and core themes. A total of 184 initial themes were extracted from all interviews. In the main coding stage, the following 9 main themes were merged. Escape from poverty in the origin and the inevitable choice of inferiority, society's view to garbage collectors, and high stress, strengthening the cycle of academic reluctance and illiteracy, physical and mental torment, unknown horizon and confusion of the Khojies, legal ambiguity and customary definitions and contracts, complaints from relevant institutions, the entry of the mafia and the formation of rent and corruption. Finally, these themes fall into two categories of social harmfulness of recycling and institutional exclusion and illegallity of the status of garbage collectors in the second distrect in the form of the core theme of the structure of socially harmful and institutionally illegal, waste phenomenon explained..

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify the main elements of Collection and Collection management policy of Information Center & Central Library of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.Methodology: This study was an applied research study done through a survey analysis. The population of this study comprised of a representative group of managers, experts, and librarians. The data Collection instrument was a questionnaire with 12 parts and 58 items on a five point Likert Scale. Its validity was confirmed by Collection management experts and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach’s alpha (a=0.93). For the analysis of the data with regards to descriptive and inferential statistics, the SPSS software version 21was used.Findings: The findings showed that 12 components are required: 1.Philosophy and Goals, 2. Definitions, 3. Selecting or deselecting the resources, 4. The Users’ issues, 5. Providing and Acquisition, 6. Access issues, 7.Digitization, 8. Budget and Finance, 9. Preservation, 10. Weeding, 11. Executive Management, 12. Implementation and Review. From the perspective of the research community, 9 components (p>0.05) were accepted and only 3 components, Philosophy and Goals, Selecting or deselecting the resources and Weeding were significantly different. These 3 components in the focus group were examined and confirmed by experts. Thus, a Collection management policy model with 12 components and details was proposed for Information Center & Central Library of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Abstract: 

Rapid population growth at Iran and subsequent increase in wood and non-wood products demand, resulted in great attention to the fast growing tree species such as the poplars to be used for plantation programs and decrease the wood shortage. A traditional method of cultivating different poplar species and cultivars has been applied centuries ago at northern and western areas of Fars province. These poplars were usually used for wind break establishment and building materials.The poplar plantations cover about 1500 ha land area which their wood product is not enough for the various established wood industries at Fares province. For this reason, it was necessary to identify the fast growing and high yield and quality poplar clones by conducting research programs. The trial of collecting native exotic poplar species and cultivars was conduction a nursery at Fares province in 1990 for three years to introduce the most successful species and clones in respect to growth characteristics, adaptability to environment condition and resistant to pests and diseases. The examined poplar species and clones were as follows:P.ciliata, P.trichocarpa, P.deltoides, P.euramericana, ( Nine clones ), P.alba (Seven clones) and P.nigra ( 42 native an exotic clones ).The data was analyzed by spss computer program. The results showed that the outstanding species and clones were as follows:1- Native and exotic clones of P.nigra: P.n. 69.14, P.n. 69.10, P.n. 69.13, P.n. 42.54, P.n. 56.21 and P.n. 63.135.2- P.euramericana clones: P.e. costanzo, P.e. 561.41, P.e. 154 and P.e. triplo.3- P.trichocarpa

Abstract: 

In this paper, we decide to select the best Center nodes of radial basis functions by applying the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques. Two methods based on radial basis functions to approximate the solution of partial differential equation by using collocation method are applied. The first is based on the Kansa’ s approach, and the second is based on the Hermite interpolation. In addition, by choosing five sets of Center nodes: Uniform grid, Cartesian, Chebyshev, Legendre and Legendre-Gauss-Lobato (LGL) as alternatives and achieving the error, condition number of interpolation matrix and memory time as criteria, rating of cases with the help of PROMETHEE technique is obtained. In the end, the best Center nodes and method is selected according to the rankings. This ranking shows that Hermite interpolation by using non-uniform nodes as Center nodes is more suitable than Kansa’ s approach with each Center nodes.

Abstract: 

Recognition of valid sources is one of the important and essential stages of any research. The purpose of this research has been to introduce the medical works of the digital Collections of the Research Center of Quran, Hadith and Medicine’ s Sciences of Tehran University of Medical Sciences to facilitate access to resources and to pave the way for research. This article which is based on a descriptive method, by referring directly to the files of each work, its content has been studied independently to identify the medical works from non-medical ones. After required reviews, the medical works of this Collection were divided into three sections including: 1-medical work with a specific compilation date 2-medical work with unspecified compilation date and 3-Collections (including more than one work in a book or treatise). In the following, the classification of works was done based on overall content and academic topics. According to the type of publication, the above works were divided into four groups of manuscripts, lithography, lead print and new print. Finally, the type of language used in writing these works was discussed. As a result, the number of works based on the date of writing, types of works according to overall content, scientific issues raised, the way of publishing works regarding the existence of manuscripts and print works and also the language of their writing were determined.

Abstract: 

Water scarcity in arid areas is a serious crisis. The most important step in using rainwater Collection systems is to locate suitable areas. In this research, three methods of multivariate regression model and GIS have been used to locate the on-site and off-site rainwater Collection method in Tejreh watershed. In this study, canopy, litter, rock and gravel, bare soil, CN, precipitation, slope and soil depth as independent variables and influence on in situ rainwater Collection and maximum instantaneous discharge for non-in situ rainwater Collection method The title of the dependent variable was considered. The multivariate regression model uses stepwise method, backward removal method, and forward method. And the standard step-by-step method, regression removal method, step-by-step method in collecting rainwater, non-in situ method have been used. The final results by matching the results of previous research show in step rainwater Collection, stepwise method and between layers CN, soil, percentage of rock and gravel, and in non-in situ rainwater Collection stepwise regression method Standard and among layers the percentage of litter, percentage of canopy, CN, slope, percentage of rocks and pebbles, amount of rainfall, percentage of bare soil and soil depth are known to be important in the equation. Finally, the importance of rain Collection sites was divided into four classes: very good, good, medium and poor.

Abstract: 

Sewage networks, over time and depending on the amount of use, gradually wear out and, as a result, create complex problems for people in the areas covered by the network services, including breakage, leakage and cracking, severe corrosion of the network. cement and asbestos pipes), the fall of the pipe crown, obstruction due to the entry of tree roots, the release of unpleasant odors, leakage, obstruction and the increase of vermin (cockroaches),Thus, in such areas, network reconstruction and modification operations are required and considered necessary for the health of the environment and the health of the people. Various methods are used in different parts of the world for the reconstruction of sewage networks, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses. The goal of the researcher in this research was to review and evaluate the economic, social and environmental common methods of sewer network reconstruction, as well as analysis using the SWOT technique and choosing the best method for the sewer network reconstruction. In this regard, various methods including traditional open trench modification, CIPP and Pipe Bursting have been evaluated using the SWOT technique and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each of them have been analyzed and described, as well as on the above methods of economic analysi, social and environmental studies were carried out and according to studies and field investigations, it showed that the pipe bursting method, due to reasons such as high speed in carrying out operations, no need for new excavations in the pipe path, the possibility of increasing the hydraulic capacity of the network and overall financial, social, And less environmental than other methods, it is the best method for renovation and reconstruction of sewage networks in Iran.
